Is NSV something new?
Not at all. It was first developed in China in 1974 and has been performed on over 10 million Chinese men. It was brought to North America in 1985 by Dr. Marc Goldstein, a urologist. Together with the Association for Voluntary Surgical Contraception in New York, they have promoted this refinded technique throughout the United States and Canada.
