In order to be able to book an appointment for surgery online, all patients must first;

• Be approved for surgery from a consultation with Dr. Billinkoff (see previous)
• Provide credit card information for any uninsured services

To book an appointment for surgery, take the following steps;
            Login using your username and password
            Select Book Your Vasectomyand choose an appointment time
            (you will receive email verification of the time you have selected)
